天文台參觀
校友會於本年度6月2日舉行天文台參觀活動。是次活動由物理系校友兼天文台科學主任Wallace進行導賞，並由校阿榮從旁協助介紹。當天共有二十多位參觀者，包括校友及本科生。
活動遊覽了天文台多個地方，包括:到展覽廳了解核幅射監測和觀察天氣的大致作；參觀天氣預報中心認識天文台的工作以及決定天氣預報內容的流程；到電視天氣預報錄影室，親身模擬天氣報導；以及認識各種氣象儀器等。令大家對天文台的日常工作有更深認識。

這次天文台參觀讓我們認識到天文台活用科學知識預測天氣，亦令我們明白到天文台工作與我們生活息息相關的重要性，在此再次感謝為我們講解的校友Wallace和協助的校友阿榮。
